Try and determine if the blend and mode doors are opening/closing. Those are controlled by actuators. A blend door stuck in the AC position will block off heater core preventing incoming air from passing over it, thus no heat to cabin. It's either stuck, or the actuator is broke, or no power is reaching the actuator.

The control knob on the dash for hot and cold if i move that and look under dash it has a cable that moves the blend door. have looked for actuators and do not see any. also the knob on dash for defrost and floor heat can move that and look under dash and a cable moves all that.
