Probably the blend door actuator. It should be behind the glovebox. Remove the glovebox, not difficult. You looking for a square electrical device about the size of a pack of cigarettes, just a little smaller. It's about a thirty dollar part obtainable from any auto-parts store. What usually happens is the gear on the actuator breaks a couple of teeth resulting in the blend door not moving.
