where can i buy a seat adjustment cable for my driver seat?

Ford F150 King Ranch 4x4 5.4L. Its the cable that makes the seat go front and back. i went to the ford dealership but its priced at $155 and that's way too much for a small cable. Ive also tried junk yards but most yards don't carry that year of truck.

The cable is a dealer specific item. Get it at the dealer or the junk yard.
