How to I transfer photos from my digital camera to my computer to show my car for sale?

I have listed my car for sale, but don't know to add a photo to the listing

Didn´t your camera come with a cord? smal plugg to your camera and a usb Stick, pulgg em in your camera and pc. Turn on your camera and the rest should happen automaticly. Pc refers it to a folder or picture gallery, then transfer them to your add. Hope this is somehow helpfull:)
