I have an emergency key but no fob how can i start the car.

Key fob lost. Got an emergency key. No one has a fob for
my car. Im stranded. Any back up plan for using hi ust the
emergency key to start the car?

yeah! a good backup is next time someone has something that's a tried and proven working device and they changed it to this kind of ---- t in the name of " new and improved " tell them the real story

Yes i know and have to wait 3 days jto get it. I needed to leave today. Thats.why i was asking if there is another way. Im going to rewire the system so i dont ever gave to use a Fob. Then i dont have to get the responses ive gotten here. Yours was the only decent answer i've received.
