my 2008 convertible sebring wont turn over

my battery was dead  ,tried jumpng it a few times no start.letf my jumper on for
ten minutes ,then it started, got a new battery still no start jumped the new
battery  a few times and it fired right up, let it run for 10 minutes, shut it off for
ten minutes tried to start it ,no start, just click,im replacing the starter
tomorrow,if it dosent work ,its the ignition switch...

I suspect that the solenoid was bad. Had you just wacked it, it would have worked. I think you only needed to replace the solenoid.

If head lights are nice and bright all electrical connections are good and a jump doesn't help then it's the starter . Did you have the battery tested and they said it was no good ?
