2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible second gear limp mode

I've got a 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a 2.4 l
automatic transmission the VIN number has a K in it was
stopped at a red light and took off is shifted the first gear
fine and now it's hung in 2nd gear for 2 days I could turn the
key off and back on and it would reset and shift but now it's
totally hung in 2nd gear, the fluid and filter has been
changed and the transmission has been flushed the
module on the outside of the transmission below the
breather box has been replaced does anyone know what
I'm up against is my PCM bad what does my PCM need to
be flashed any ideas would be appreciated

I meant was my TCM bad where does my PCM need to be flashed the trouble codes that it tripped is a PO700 and a po760

How do you repair or fix p0760 solenoid c problem. Sets car into limp mode
