What can be done about a noisey Blower motor, & has anyone else had this problem?

The bearing dry out, just replace it.

Its probably dirty/dust accumulates and gets into the fan bearing then over a period of time contaminates the grease accelerates wear on the bearing and becomes noisier and noisier. I have cleaned them out with a vacuum cleaner using the vacuum hose with the reducer for corners and taped an even smaller tube to get inside as best I could. Only alternative is to remove the blower take apart and clean then test on work bench.

Yeah sounds like a bearing its dry , might have to replace it. I had an SUV and did the same , loud at first when I started it , specially where I live winters are hard and dry air its bad. My daughter also had a newer Toyota Yaris and the heat and air wasn't working right , I started looking around and I seen she had papers and a bunch of goodies inside blocking the blower ....so she is lucky it didn't burn it .....caught it just in time ...but your could be a bad bearing or junk around that blower .....if its blocked it wont work like it should...
