I also have a problem with the D/Drive light flashing in my 2005 Pilot. After I have drove a mile or so it starts flashing and stays flashing even when I put it in park. I can't seem to find any reason for it. Sorry it doesn't answer your question but it's one of strangest things that I have seen in any car I've owned and I'm amazed someone else experiences it too.
