Can I swap transmissions from a 05 Lincoln LS 3.9 v8 to a 05 Mustang GT 4.6 v8?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both have trans code 5R55S.  Will a tramsmission with the same trans code
have different bolt patterns for the 3,9 V8 and the 4.6 3v V8?

found a couple for sale on ebay, from the photos the 3.9 v8 looks like the same trans as the V6 Mustang. At least the starter is completly on the opposite side and appears a one piece bell housing no just swap bell housing, bummer. back to searchng for an affordable donor.
