2003 mustang convertible, up and down switch operate both relays no response from motor for convertible top

no power to convertible top motor both relays work for up and down switch.  changed motor no difference.

what do you mean fire have power to both relays at motor they click motor just sits there and does nothing

If there is fire there,you have a bad new top motor,or wiring is bad from relays to motor.

put tester on both sides of plug and operated switch using multitester so hot lead on plug and ground lead to good ground no response on tester when continuity is checked from each side of plug it is good

turns out main power from fuse block no good thanks for your help and pointing me in the right direction
