What all would I need to swap from
automatic to manual trans (of course the
trans itself)

The shifter and boot, clutch, flywheel, the pedal assembly, the wiring harness, I would also think the correct PCM, maybe a driveshaft. Ask this question on some Mustang forums for more information on the swap. Like corral or stangnet.
