Engine idle running rough

I recently bought a 2001 Mustang GT
and I noticed that the engine runs a
little rough. Today I start her up and
sounds like it wants to stall and run
rough. I haven't used for 2 days and I
don't think that has anything to do
with it.

Check engine light is not on and I just fueled up a few days ago.

I have a 2001 3.8 L mustang, it sat for about a year tried to start fuel pump out, ran great previously. Replaced fuel pump motor only, cleaned tank changed fuel filter and it ran great for about 60 miles. All of a sudden running rough misfires, knocks rough idle. Replaced all plugs, coil pack, EGR and 2 injectors (3-4)which showed misfire on diagnostic. First start idles great feels smooth after 15 minutes same conditions occur, sooner when driving.
