Turn off ignition, double honk

Every time I park my car and turn off the ignition, the car
loudly chirps twice. Before I get out of the car or anything. I
have removed the horn fuse and it still does it. Any
thoughts?

Yes I've had the same problem with my 2003 mustang v6 convertible the problem is from the back window letting water and moisture get on the amplifiers this has caused my to replace the ECM 4 times and it didn't stop until I replaced the top and dried the whole back of the car out I had noticed some loud radio speaker chirps when the car is off.
