outer tie rods are usually a 30 minute charge per side so figure and hour labor around 90 hear in Illinois may be higher or lower depending on your location, and if you will need to set your toe for alignment figure another 70 so around 160 to do it properly, minus parts cost of course.

If I where you, i'd go to ROCKAUTO.COM, The tie rods are 60% cheaper then Belle Tire, or Firestone here in Mi.And they ship, right to your door for free. change them your self, [if possible]. There about 10.00$ a piece there, tire shops want around 25-40$ for each. And then take it to a tire shop and get a alinement.you save a ton of $$$$$$..It's not as hard as they might tell you.loosen up the tie rods, and count the # of turns, it takes to remove them, or just measure them, with a tape measure, and it will be close enoeff, for them to reline it....hope this helps
