2000 Ford Explorer

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer I have lost my
keys completely I do have a different key
and different key fob not for that Explorer
can I program that key fob for my car but
have another ignition key that fits my
ignition cut by a locksmith?

You might be able to program the fob but you will still need a proper key. If your key is chipped you will still need the key programmed to your car.
