CEL is on. Diagnoses says Thrust arm bushings split. what is approx cost to repair

Can I reste the CEL to have the emissions test performed?

A split bushing in the suspension will not light the Check Engine Light (CEL). You probably will not pass an emissions test until whatever is causing the light is repaired.
