At the age to need a lot of work, I see these needing work even newer so know it cost many a penny to fix it when it does need it.

I own a 2005 330i and it has been a great, fun car to drive. The window regulators tend to go out over time and that is about a $400/500 repair at an independent shop. Get a Pre-Purchase inspection from an independent BMW shop and take it to the dealer for the airbag recall if you do purchase it. I plan to keep my 330i for a very long time.
