Where is my title and tags?

On July 7, 2020 I bought a BMW from CAG Auto Group in Houston via your site
and have NOT received the tags, registration or even the title! I can't get a hold
of the dealer and my temporary paper tag is expired as of Sept. 5. Please help
and thank you

All that paper work should come from the dealership you bought the car from, and if they don't comply within a reasonable amount of time contact your state's Attorney General's office which regulates car dealers.
