I would assume in fuse box under hood, by removing cover and reading print stamped on backside to locate,,,. usually a few the same type in there can be switched to test ,

Is your truck turning over but not starting? If so my 2007 quad cab did the same it turned out to be bad egr valve stuck open. Replaced valve and all is good now.

the fuel pump relay is internal to the fuse block in the engine compartment and is not serviceable. the fuse block is called the totally integrated power module

I do not have the top to my fuse box. Can someone maybe send a picture of theres or explain where it is plz. Thank you
