Replaced lines and calipers still hanging up

Was after I installed the caliper and tightened the bolts and caliper pins that the wheel is locked

Wondering if it's the Aftermarket bracket made in China? could be twisted etc. made incorrectly idk- asking anyone out there have similar issues .
