Where are the electrical ground connections other than the connection
located at the battery terminal?

are you asking where to place the ground?? there should be a spot on the inner fender for that. you might see a screw that looks like it's missing something because that negative line is not attached maybe..

You can ground on the body at any spot that is convenient or run a wire to the negative terminal.
