I get a low or louder swooshing sound after ac repairs.

Sometimes the sound comes as I'm making a turn, sometimes on start up and
sometimes just driving straight.

That might be a mode door changing position. Does the air flow from the vents change when this occurs? Try and determine if mode doors are changing position causing the noise, there are youtube vids on this topic.
