After removing the drain plug from the radiator it slowly dripped. My question is radiator flush enough to do the job or should I take it out and do a direct cleaning

If your radiator reservoir looks dirty I would take radiator out and have it professionally flushed and checked. If the reservoir looks really good you can unclog the drain hole and flush out the radiator. If your well over 100,000 miles I would seriously consider a power flush and check. These engines do not like to be overheated at all and it is easy to warp heads and blow head gaskets.
