Is it possible for my car to leak oil
from the dipstick area ?

Yes but something would have to be really plugged, or something mechanically wrong with the engine. Most common things to look at would be the breather system, pcv & breather element. If the oil is just wet around the dip stick tube going into the engine, that is pretty common, not much to worry about. If the oil is coming from the top of the dip stick tube, then there is a major problem.
