Pulled horn fuse but now there is no
horn

I wonder if you problem sound like this one: http://www.carcomplaints.com/Chrysler/Sebring/2006/accessories- interior/horn_goes_off_by_itself.shtml. If so, the solution is to replace the airbag/horn switch assembly - I would check out http://www.safetyairbags.com/sebring-airbags.html for a cost effective new replacement. Used vehicle parts may work too but you'd want to be sure it's a good part. Also see: http://www.arfc.org/complaints/2005/chrysler/sebring_convertible/air_bags /problem.aspx
