What legal rights does consumer have?

Asked by Lenny Nov 16, 2020 at 09:46 PM about the 2012 Ford Focus SE

Question type: General

Car lot changed headlights on car without telling
me after the car was purchased. The car had
expensive LED'S and they were swapped out to the
factory ones.  We didn't notice until we got home
with car.  Very angry.
Please offer the best advice? What is the best
thing to do to protect my rights?

If you can prove it, contact your local Office of Consumer Affairs. Hope that helps! Jim

Confront them and tell them to make it right or you will go to the law.

I would go stand on the sales manager's desk and create a scene. They don't like scenes, especially when they are busy.
