Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was going to go get something to eat at night and I turned on my lights and they work on
the outside but the dashboard was dark, could not see how fast I was going.  I turn the
odometer and the lights are working on the radio and temperature but nothing where the
mileage, gas and speed lights are.  What can it be?

I checked the dimmer and it is working fine, didn't check the bulb yet. I'm thinking it is a fuse, gonna have that checked. I think it may be fuse. Did you ever find out what the problem was? Should I take it to the dealer?

The odometer switch can be rotated on the dashboard to dim the light and turn it back on.
