Brake squealing

I have had my brakes fixed twice with all new parts and the squealing has
gotten worse.  Why?

Check to make sure backing plate is not rubbing against one of the rotors.

When I apply the brakes. Sometimes the squealing is louder than other times. Thank you for trying to help me.
