Air Conditioner

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My air conditioner died about a week ago.  No warning, no vent, no blower, just stopped working.  I've checked the fuses associated with climate control - all are good.  Anyone know what could be wrong?

As what seems to be a usual Chrysler issue, there is a short somewhere in the electrical system. Whenever the battery is disconnected, the air conditioner stops or starts, depending on it's previous state. It was working after a tech disconnected the battery to check it out. It stopped again when the battery was disconnected to install my passenger side window after it was broken. I'm going to disconnect it again to see if it will start back up. Winter's coming and I'm going to need the defroster :( Has anyone else found this to be true?
