Do I need a special collant to put in my Chrysler Crossfire just adding to it.

It is likely that the coolant is not original to the car. If the coolant is not original I would consider a universal coolant that is compatible with other coolants. Available at your local O'reilly Auto Parts or similar store. By the 50/50 premixed stuff.
