Chrysler300 engine removed?

My chrysler300 steam came from the throttle body area.
And the thermostat not reading hot  but when I turn off
car its boiling hot. why? Also there seems to be a leak the
antifreeze is empty but not leaking,? And empty out fast ?

You need to stop driving the car until the coolant leak is found and repaired. Which engine do you have?

Simple, when there isn't enough coolant in the system, it will overheat.
