Changed oil pan

Was on highway oil pan busted car shut
down .. I changed oil pan.. filled it with 5
quarts of oil and it want crank but it's turning
over !! Wats the problem any solutions ?

Since the engine shut down from having no oil, you inadvertently caused engine damage not allowing it to start. Have a mechanic diagnose it further.
