crying sound when cold

I just bought my 05 Chrysler last month and Ive taken back to the lot twice its making a crying sound when I start it in the morning I was told it was the timing belt so brought  it home and changed it and all componets did not fix problem still crying till warmed up warranty is up tomorrow anybody ever have this problem any ideas

as I thought had to have trans replaced major metal shavings in pan glad I decided to check and not ignore it thanks
