Steering noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While traveling down highway and I pull the steering wheel slightly to the left I hear a growling noise from the front of the vehicle. Come back to the center position and it goes away. Checked the wheels and tires and nothing shows any sign of rubbing. Brake pads seem ok. It is a 2011 Ram Dakota Small pickup, 4 wheel drive.

    At 77 MPH the noise starts and at 80 the noise get very annoying, my truck was bought new and the rear end noise was not there when I purchased it. sounds like bearing noise.
