I have a Chrysler 300. Yesterday I was involved in a flood while driving. My whole back end was submerged under water. I changed out the starter and the battery is fine but it still wont start.

This is a job for a pro- if water got into the engine- BAD- if water got into the electronic control module- BAD- and like Tom says, tranny, brakes, wheel bearings, and all other electrics might have been compromised- if you have insurance, your company might want to just totally write the car off- water completely ruins a car- I would not want to keep it, no mater what repairs can get it running- it is that bad-

My car flooded out last night we checked the spark plugs, oil and changed the air filter because it was soaked it still won't start and it does click whn you push the start button but it doesn't start at all
