trying to finish my engine swap from 06 Chrysler 300c 5.7 hemi to a 2017 crate
engine swap, the second half of the new harness is my issue. How would I
terminate the original pcm and use the new 2017 unlocked pcm

I don't think I fully understand what you what you want to do. Most full Crate engine setups run their own stand alone fully programmable engine controller as well as a transmission control module also programmable, plus you need a BCM activator and signal return so all the accessories work. I would try Summit racing and see if they have any ideas.
