Can I swap my 2006 5.7 hemi out of my 2006 Chrysler
300c with a 2016 6.4 hemi or is there a lot of things that
would need to be done?

there might be a lot of things for the job, sure, but if you find the right shop to do it, it would be arithmetic to them ( but there is a price to pay, too)!!
