first thing to do when there is any electrical problem is to check your battery. check the connections and have it load tested. also have the alternator tested. if it is a voltage problem that is regulated in the pcm in Chryslers. Fix for this problem is usually one of 3 things. bad ground/ground cable on the battery, bad headlight switch, PCM needs new software. If you end up needing new pcm software, probably need the dealer. I would try checking out the ground first, then the switch these would likely be the cheapest.
