What is the issue? If the car is overheating you should fix it before driving it again.

You can. This trouble code is telling us that the engine is not warming up to the normal operating temperature within a certain amount of time. Usually the engine needs to be at normal operating temperature within 10 minutes of a cold start up. The most common cause of this is a thermostat that is stuck open. Be sure to get the correct 203°F thermostat when you replace it. A thermostat with a lower temperature rating will cause the P0128 trouble code to continue coming back! Hope that helps! Jim
