trailer parking lights not working

Question type: General

Truck is equipped with factory tow package. lights where working fine, 4 prong
plug in upside down knocked running lights out, Still have turn signals and
stop lights, what fuse did I knock out?

You'll have to check the owner's manual to see if the fuse diagram is there, or locate one on the net. If no fuse blown, then begin checking trailer wiring with a multi-meter.
