Just started have this issue and have cleaned all the plugs I could find, checked oil and A/F ,trans levels .Did the cold re-learn procedure but left the daytime running lights in the off setting the problem  has not happened for over 450 miles so far but I have yet to drive at night.
Why would leaving the lights off have a bearing in this troublesome condition?

You could turn on the lights during the day to see if there still are problems.
