Rims and tires

I have a 1992 Cadillac couple deville and I am looking to
put some 24' rims and tires on it. Would it fit or do I need to
modify something?

You will probably need to install some type if lift kit to raise the body about 6 inches and the spindle height as well. Otherwise, you may bottom out the suspension in the wheel wells and reduce your turning radius dramatically.
