2011 is a pretty recent car, only 5 years old. I'm surprised that you are having this problem, but, how many miles are there on your car? Anyway, I see that you replaced the compressor, did someone look at the condenser? That's another critical part. Sure, you can check the fuses, look in the owners manual for the location. I imagine that if it were that easy, someone would have already found this by now.

When you turn your air on, does the light come on on the AC button? Is the fan blowing at all speeds? There will probably be a fuse in the fusebox under the hood marked something like 'AC', 'COIL' or 'COMP'

I have a 2015 sentra ac only cools when vehicle is driving down the highway but when its setting still it does not cool. I bought a can of freon with a pressure gauge and it shows high pressure. What could my problem be?

I been told that a bad ac relay can cause that cold/hot air while driving . the relays I found under the air flow tube , to the right of the battery, all that plastic "elbow" snaps off and you will find a electrical square box under it, I looked inside and has about 5 relays and some more fuses in it, only fuses have a "list" printed on the cover but says nothing about the 5 relays...my guess is the one of them is the ac relay and will have to test each one by one.
