I'm having issues with my transmission when I take it from Park to drive or reverse it's very slow what would the issue be

    It either won't shift out of 3rd or when it does get into 4th rides high rpms and when it does drive normal at around 1600 rpms it will downshift then upshift repeatedly it's a 4l60E transmission
