Test the device, this may take disassembling it from it's current location, as always assure that good solid ground is at hand~ these do wear out, but intermittent sounds like a voltage problem~

I checked all the plugs. The resistor is rusty. Do you thinks it's the motor, the resistor, the relay or the wiring?
Blower motor does not work for 10 to 20 minutes.

at high speed the blower will make noise and slow down. if you lower the speed it works fine
