put money down on vehicle got met down there said there was one spot of rust on it they lied.. tom salesman says we will fix the spots on it. back tailgate 2011 ford ranger needs a new seal. will they fix it right or touch it up and can I get my money back for fraud if they do the touch up wrong picture on website

I signed purchase agreement with balance owing but there is nothing on here saying he is going to fix the rust spots and back hatch of ford escape two hour drive out there a nd very distress retired should of walk away get anxiety attachs I almost lost it on him so do I get my wife to talk to him. I don't trust they have a good body man
