chip?! I'm assuming you mean performance chip, right? If so, there really isn't a "better one" per se (because this is largely controlled by the modifications your vehicle has, and the stock ECU limitations)- with that said, I've had great luck with URD products and Unichip

Pringles or Lays would be the best chips. I recommend don't mess with what the manufacturer designed.
