I accidently hit the TC button on my 1994 Cadillac, now the power steering is not
working(but it does not make the ,POWER STEERING IS GONE WINE, also a car with a
lock over it has come up. What have I done???

TRACTION CONTROL...the brakes come on to stop your fuel efficiency and to keep it "on track".....can you not simply press it again to make it quit?~

the whining is another issue...perhaps you need a power steering flush...and a new accessories belt~

The smell of gas gets worse when I park the car after driving it for awhile. There are no gas leaks anywhere on the car and the smell of gas seems to come from under the car or the exhaust system.
