Why do I need to Verify listing?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Why am I being asked to verify my listing, after I have already verified and am
waiting for it to be completed. Also, why can’t I view people’s inquiries on my
car while you take days to verify it. This is nonsense, why am I paying for a
listing and can’t access inquiries or respond to them?
